| With the gradual deepening of power system reform,Inner Mongolia Xinneng Wind Power Company,as a state-owned wind power enterprise,is facing the dual pressure of rising costs and asking for benefits from management.Therefore,enterprises regard cost reduction and efficiency enhancement and enhancing company competitiveness as an important strategic goal for development.As the backbone of enterprise production and development,middle management personnel not only participate in the formulation of enterprise development strategies,but also are the specific executives of development strategies and goals.Their performance will have a direct impact on the realization of the company’s overall goals.Therefore,studying how to effectively carry out the performance management of middle management personnel of Inner Mongolia Xinneng Wind Power Company plays an important role in the healthy development of enterprises.This paper aims to make an in-depth analysis of the rationality and feasibility of the performance management system established for middle managers through the practice of performance management for middle managers in Inner Mongolia xineng company.Based on modern enterprise management theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and key performance indicators(KPI)theory,considering the particularity of the particularity of wind power enterprises and middle managers,first through the questionnaire survey to the enterprise middle manager performance management present situation research,combining the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and KPI methods optimize the middle manager performance management system,construct the wind power enterprise middle managers performance evaluation index system,and finally to middle management guarantee system of the performance management system effective operation relevant improvement Suggestions are put forward.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)through a questionnaire to learn about a new wind power company middle managers performance management present situation,the survey results show that the new can wind power company performance management system defects,the middle manager performance management consciousness,middle management performance evaluation index set is not scientific,the company performance management system and other supporting problem such as security system is not perfect;(2)based on the optimization principle of performance appraisal system,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and KPI theory,it is feasible to optimize the evaluation index system and implementation process of the performance management system of middle-level managers,and apply the results of their performance appraisal to the human resource management of enterprises;(3)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of performance management of middle management personnel in the company,the supporting guarantee measures mainly include the early stage,operation,supervision and environmental protection.Through the research on performance management of middle managers of Inner Mongolia Xinneng Wind Power Company,it can not only promote the smooth operation of the performance management system of the middle managers of wind power enterprises,but also provide a fair and scientific performance evaluation,and also provide a certain degree of process for the human resources management of enterprises.policy support. |
