With the rapid development of urbanization in China, people have more and more urgent needs for urban living space, such as traffic congestion, environmental pollution, and land shortage. In order to alleviate the above situation,it should uphold the principle of sustainable development, reasonable and effective assessment of urban underground space resources in the development.Meaningwhile concerning the potential, quality and value of comprehensive evaluation and adjusting measures to local conditions,it can become achieving the purpose of reasonable development and utilization. In this paper,AHP is used to analyze the influencing factors of underground space resources, and its hierarchical structure is established. And the evaluation model is established based on the method of multi-objective linear weighted function. And using GMS software and collecting drilling data and self-drilling hydrological wells, engineering boreholes,it can conduct to establish a stratigraphic model to draw a schematic diagram of the distribution of the layers. Finally,in conjunction with the corresponding technologies, the underground space resource assessment unit is delimited by the administrative area. And all kinds of influencing factors is vectorized and standardized. And by using ArcGIS Software Modeling Tools, the evaluation models are established. And the data is operated and classified with using its calculation function.Using the assessment results of the Lanzhou New District, what are counted is the difficulty, potential value and overall quality of underground space resources development in the area.Based on the comprehensive quality assessment results of shallow and shallow layers in Lanzhou New District,we can provide targeted suggestions for the rational development of underground space resources in Lanzhou New District.
