None-avoidance stereo garage is a special kind of simple three-dimensional garage,which has the advantages of easy to use,high access efficiency and wide application range.It has great development prospect in the field of mechanical parking garage.as the most critical parts of the None-avoidance stereo garage,lifting system is responsible for the parking and lifting work of the vehicle,its safety and stability is related to the the vehicle’s property safety and personal safety.Due to the unique structure,the lifting system has long been subjected to overturning moment and impact load.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study on the vibration characteristics of the lifting system,to enhance the capability of the system in anti-vibration and anti-aspects.The vibration analysis and experiment of the garage lifting system are finished based on the theory of finite element analysis and modal analysis.The main contents are as follows:The static analysis and experiment were carried out on the carrier plate of the None-avoidance stereo garage,and the bearing and the motor were calculated to ensure the reliability.Finally,a simple experiment was carried out on the prototype to detect the deformation of the carrier plate and the operation of the bearing,thus ensuring the reliability of the prototype.The PATRAN software is used to analyze the modal mode of the lifting system.Firstly,the free mode of the carrier plate is calculated,and the free mode frequency and mode of the first 12 orders are obtained.Then,the constraint model of the lifting system in the working state is established,and the constraint mode is analyzed.The natural frequencies and modes of the modes of the system are obtained under the constraint condition.The modal analysis experiment of the lifting system is carried out,and the mode parameters of the lifting system are obtained.The reliability of the analytical modal analysis is verified.Based on the experimental model parameters obtained,the structure of the lifting system is optimized.
