Stereo garage is storage equipment used for various types of vehicles automatic parking and scientific storage. In the background of car ownership rapid growth and parking more difficult, because of parking garage advantages of high utilization of space, small footprint and easy to use, it can maximize access to vehicles, it has become an important way to solve the parking difficult problem. In this topic, based on independent designed grid shaped stereo garage, considering its overall framework manufacturing cost and intelligent and operational efficiency, design and analysis for stereo garage structure, control systems and control strategies.First of all, on the basis of fully research of domestic and foreign stereo garage handing robot situation and development trend, design the stereo garage structure of two 4×3 as a study model. This paper briefly introduces characteristics of the stereo garage overall framework structure, car carrier board structure and the structure of the lifting mechanism, control systems for robotic stereo garage and some safety devices are also briefly described. Depending on the operating principle of the stereo garage, conduct stereo garage steel frame and lifting framework the finite element analysis and be checked by the strength theory, ensure the security and stability of the stereo garage. On the basis of finite element analysis, reasonable optimize the steel frame of the stereo garage, making the weight of stereo steel garage reduce 17.411%, reducing manufacturing costs of the stereo garage.Then, hardware and software of the stereo garage control system are designed. When designed for hardware structure, the control chip and wireless communication methods were compared and selected, upper machine via Wi-Fi to send commands to stm32 control chip. The next crew will receive the results of each sensor feedback signal to upper machine via Wi-Fi, upper machine control interface was designed with Lab VIEW software, and designed experiment to test communication can realize between upper machine and stm32.Finally, stereo garage access queuing model and control strategy are analyzed, deeply study queuing theory in operations research, in this project the M/M/n queuing theory is applied to stereo garage access control, and optimized policy. Depending on the peak period, using the way based on deposit(check) car strategy, on standby strategy, cross-access strategy, supplemented by partition access, access strategy, self-aligning manner. Using breadth-first search algorithm in an auxiliary parking strategy was efficient scheduling, effectively improve the operational efficiency of the stereo garage. By introducing queuing theory, the breadth-first search algorithm, and access control strategy into stereo garage access control, is a good attempt of interdisciplinary research approach.By designing stereo garage model, conducting its framework finite element analysis and design of the control system and access strategies, demonstrate the feasibility of this scheme design of grid shaped stereo garage, for further study in the future to lay a foundation.
