With the rapid development of China’s economy and automobile industrialization,car ownership in China is increasing day by day.The land resources in cities and towns are decreasing constantly.As a result,a series of social problems have occurred,such as "parking difficulty" in cities and towns,which hinder the construction and development of cities and towns seriously.It takes terribly social influences to the harmonious and stable life of people.For the above problems,this paper proposes a new type of ring-well underground stereo garage,including the steel frame structure of the circular garage,lifting system device and vehicle handling device,the research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper carries out the overall scheme design of the stereo garage structure,including the garage steel structure,car plate,access car structure,lifting system and safety protection device.It lays a foundation for the design and optimization of the steel frame structure of the following garages,the design and check of the lifting system and the design and analysis of the car tire clamping device.The steel frame structure of the garage is the main loading structure of the whole stereo garage.First of all,the force analysis of the main component columns,beams and longitudinal beams was carried out.It’s found that the safety margin of the initially designed stereo garage steel frame structure is too large and material waste is serious.Therefore,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct static analysis of the steel frame structure,providing a theoretical basis for the lightweight design of its structure.Through the optimization design of the steel structure of the garage to achieve the lightweight of its structure,in the condition of meeting the stiffness,strength and stability,the quality of the initial structure is reduced by 52.8%,greatly reducing the manufacturing cost of the garage frame.After modal analysis of the optimized structure,the natural frequency and main mode diagram of the first 6 modes are obtained,which lays a foundation for avoiding the resonance of the stereo garage.The lifting system device is an important part of the stereo garage.By referring to the design requirements of the elevator,the traction force of the lifting system platform under the three working conditions of the lowest floor carrying 125% of the rated load,the highest noload emergency braking and the highest no-load retention is checked and calculated,and the results meet the design requirements.The specific pressure check of the wire rope in the traction wheel groove is completed,and the traction motor type selection and starting torque calculation are carried out according to the traction requirements of the lifting system.The results meet the design requirements.Stereo garage automobile tire clamping device is the main structure of vehicle positioning and lifting.It’s full-scale modeling is carried by 3D modeling software SolidWorks.Finite element static analysis,the structure model of optimization and fatigue analysis is carried out on the clamping arm.The results show that the stiffness,strength and life clamping arm has significantly increased after structure optimization.Finally,the kinematics simulation analysis was carried out by using ADAMS software,and the displacement and velocity curves of the bearing plate movement of the clamping arm group and the rotation angle and angular velocity curves of the clamping arm group were obtained.The simulation results accord with the action requirements of the initial setting.
