| Paper based honeycomb core material is an important aviation filling material,its machining quality has strong influence to the safety of aviation aircrafts.USM,Ultrasonic Machining,is the preferred machining method,which core components are ultrasonic spindle and ultrasonic generator.The components are quite expensive and part of them rely on customized abroad,once damaged,will seriously impact product schedule.Therefore,the runtime monitoring of USM condition is very important.The main content of this paper are as follows:First,study paper based honeycomb material USM theory,components of the USM platform.Study the relationship between tool amplitude and voltage,current,power through theoretical analysis,and prove it through experiments.Based on experiment data,this paper put forward a kind of USM tracking frequency variation.Second,based on the analysis of factors that influence paper-based honeycomb core material USM quality and system stability,this paper studied the sampling method of amplitude,frequency,power,circuit,voltage and temperature.According to theoretical analysis and experimental analysis,a USM amplitude monitor method and a USM tracking frequency predict method had been put forward.Combining with practical situation,a USM key parameter sampling method had been put forward.Considering the different monitor methods between parameters,a USM monitor method had been put forward,which provide principles for software development.Last,develop paper based honeycomb core material USM monitor software based on HNC-8 system according to the monitor method put forward.The software was tested on paper based honeycomb core material USM platform,proved the effectiveness and feasibility of this monitor method. |
