For the last few years,with the development of the global economic slowdown,the emergence of energy crisis,the increasing environmental protection requirements and deepening reform in electric power,electric power industry and the development of the electric power enterprise is facing the new situation and challenge.The electric power industry development in our country starts late,although after decades of rapid development,it is unable to take into consideration all aspects of the electric power development,the investment of power distribution network construction and operation management are always ignored.So the study of energy conservation and loss reduction in distribution network has the realistic meaning with importanceThere are mainly three aspects research about energy conservation and loss reduction of medium voltage distribution network in this article:Network reconfiguration is one of the effective means of loss reduction and improving the voltage.This paper proposed a novel algorithm of network reconfiguratoin based on improved quantum particle swarm optimization(QPSO),which can be used for loss reduction in distribution network with distributed generation.First,the network topology is analysed on the basis of branch loop incidence matrix and layered branch incidence matrix.second,calculate the network loss by layered forward-backward sweep method.Then,an improved QPSO is proposed where the disturbance factor is introduced,based on which the network reconfiguration is put forward.Finally,the proposed algorithm is proved to be effective by applying to PG&E69 bus system and the Tai-Power 11.4-kV distribution system.It is known that parallel reactive compensation technology widely used in the distribution network,but the parallel compensation is not the only choice to improve power quality of distribution network.The fixed series capacitor is a new way.The multi-objective optimization method is researched on determine the optimal location and size of the fixed series capacitor.The multi-objective optimization model are consisting the minimum of integral voltage deviation and the network losses.The particle swarm optimization(pso)is used to determine the optimal location and size of the fixed series capacitor;The simulation examples verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method,and results show that the series capacitor can effectively improve the voltage quality and reduce active network losses.At the management of distribution network,the evaluation of energy-saving scheme will affect the benefit of the electric power enterprise.The retirement scientific management,based on the total life cycle cost(life cycle costs,LCC)theory,is widely used in the purchase of equipment,process,operation,maintenance.It can effectively improve the comprehensive benefits of power enterprises.This paper presents a evaluation method of energy saving retrofit scheme based on LCC,A relatively comprehensive index evaluation system is established.This evaluation method firstly use the combined weight method to calculate weight,which contain subjective and objective weights,then get the comprehensive evaluation through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This method provide scientific and effective support for the energy saving of distribution network.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation of three schemes verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method.
