The physical parameters and their distribution of atmospheric temperature,water vapor density and liquid water are very important for the analysis of climate change.The ground-based microwave radiometer in atmospheric temperature and humidity profile,measurement of liquid water,with time resolution and inversion accuracy is very high,so it has been widely applied in the atmospheric profile,liquid water,rainfall remote sensing etc..In this paper,the inversion error of atmospheric parameters is analyzed,and the performance of the ground-based microwave radiometer is tested and studied.This paper first analyzes the atmospheric Microwave Radiative transfer theory,the basic method of atmospheric parameter inversion,and the calculation of antenna temperature analysis method,then the neural network algorithm and the linear regression algorithm is applied to the inversion of atmospheric parameters foundation radiometer,performance analysis,comparison results show that the neural network inversion in the profile of temperature and humidity in dealing with nonlinear capacity strong,higher than linear regression method for inversion of atmospheric parameters inversion accuracy,neural network is more suitable for the foundation of the radiometer temperature and humidity profile.Secondly,based on the accurate calculation of the antenna sidelobe level,main beam width and pointing error of antenna temperature influence on the analysis of the impact of the antenna sidelobe level,different beam width and the pointing error of the radiometer atmospheric parameters inversion.The comparison results show that based on the accurate calculation of the influence of antenna temperature,considering the effect of antenna sidelobe level,main beam width and the pointing error of antenna temperature error,radiometer inversion temperature and humidity profile than that without considering the antenna sidelobe level,main beam width and pointing error and directly forward the atmosphere as for the inversion of temperature profile in temperature is smaller.When the antenna sidelobe level,main beam width is obtained at the same time,the profile of temperature and humidity is the root mean square error of little change,therefore,the antenna sidelobe level and the width of the main beam size of the inversionresults have no obvious effect on the radiation meter and humidity profiles,but with the increase of the pointing error,the inversion errors of temperature profile is also increased.Finally,this paper introduces the system structure of meteorological microwave radiometer,and then combined with the measured data of radiometer microwave radiometer sensitivity and stability test,calculate the calibration model of microwave radiometer,and analyzes the performance of the radiometer system according to the test results.
