| Major infrastructure projects(referred to as major projects)are a class of large-scale public works which have an important impact on China’s political,economic,social,technological development,environmental protection,public health and national security,and the like.China is in a period of profound changes and transformation of social,economic,major projects underway in the world’s largest construction projects,such as the Three Gorges Project,the Qinghai-Tibet railway project,water engineering,natural gas engineering,large bridge projects have been launched and completed,these major projects is not only an important pillar of China’s economic construction and social development,but also have great significances to promote the progress of science and technology,the formation of new industries and the economic and social development.Multi-Agent,environmental complexity and technical complexity of major projects,plus all kinds of behavior and interaction project site personnel,site management for major projects bring many difficulties and challenges to major projects.We need a system theory and methods to conduct on-site comprehensive coordination and control.At present,the research of individual safety behavior and safety system modeling is mainly based on aviation,nuclear power and other industries,and lacks research on the main project behavior,engineering technology system and environment interaction modeling.Based on the establishment of interactive field safety system model,this thesis considers the individual safety behavior,uses the quantitative analysis means such as calculation experiment,carries on the systematic adaptability analysis to the scene safety,forms the new scene safety appraisal and the safety behavior management way.In this thesis,the second generation of HRA are used as the main means for analysis.The thesis firstly analyses of human factors at the construction scene,then describes the shield construction of the causes of human accident.The CREAM method is used to find the root cause of the accident.And this provides an effective method to accident analysis.Based on the analysis of shield construction,this thesis puts forward the essential demand of IDAC model for shield construction safety,and uses the IDAC model as the base to simulate the work and function of the manager in the shield construction stage.The thesis analyzes the behavior decision-making mechanism of the managers,combines the operation flow in the shield construction process,and displays the behavior and decision-making process of the managers,and establishes the individual behavior model of the manager’s agent.And analyzes and explores the individual behavior factors in the construction scheme in the design experiment of the safety adaptive calculation system,and provides important support for the analysis and prediction of the shield safety system model and the human accident. |
