Design And Realization Of A Kind Of Micro Reaction Flywheel Controller

Reaction flywheel is an important executive component of a three-axis-stabilized satellite attitude control system.The deep space detection satellite,which weighs about 100 kg,need for a micro flywheel which angular momentum,torque,size,weight and power consumption are able to meet the requirements.According to flywheel technique target we need to develop a micro flywheel controller.The flywheel controller can meet the requirements of integration,miniaturization and universalization.In this paper,based on the background of the design and development of a kind of micro reaction flywheel,a set of micro reaction flywheel controller is designed.First of all,this paper introduces the source of the subject and the significance of the research,introduces research and development of flywheel controller at home and abroad,and puts forward the existing problems and the main content of this paper;Secondly,the application of the spacecraft system to the flywheel is introduced,and each part of the flywheel system is introduced in detail,and the technique target of this topic is decomposed and analyzed in detail;Thirdly,the system environment and hardware interface,software structure,communication protocol,operation design and core algorithm design of flywheel controller software are introduced in this paper,and the practical algorithm flow is given;Then,the hardware design of flywheel controller is introduced in detail,including micro controller unit,motor driving unit,motor current feedback unit,temperature sampling and processing unit,and communication interface unit.Combined with the requirements of space environment,this paper introduces the selection of working temperature of the main chip,as well as the anti irradiation test of the products;Finally,the design of hardware and software reliability and the test results are introduced,and the further analysis and summary are made.
