In this paper,a case study of rubber metal bushes for vibration damping,the process of curing and compression is studied in order to obtain the producTS with low cost,stable quality and excellent performance.Firstly,the application of high temperature and short time curing and multi cavity mold for bush is studied.As the curing temperature increasing,rubber curing rate is faster significantly,but less effect for the rubber processing fluidity.As the curing temperature increasing,the hardness and tensile strength decreased slightly,the elongation and the adhesive strength increased slightly;We also can conclude that igh temperature and short time curing will not have a significant impact on the performance of the product,multi cavity mold curing process is reliable,and could keep the product quality stable.Secondly,the application of the injection of plate curing machine was studied.Through add the rubber injection system,the injection modification of the large tonnage curing machine was realized,and the application of the injection technology for many kinds of bushes with large dimension was realized.In the end,the hot compression process is studied.Compared with the cold compression process,the hot compression process will not give adverse effecTS on the quality of the product,and it could make the producTS have better stiffness stability and better fatigue performance.
