Research On BOM Generation Technology Of Automobile Injection Mold In Stages

With the internationalization of market competition and rapid development of information technology,the manufacturing and competitive environment of mold enterprises have undergone fundamental changes.The diversified customer demands,shortened product life cycle and early delivery date have become the main competitive factors.Due to the mold manufacturing is a process of a chain in the mold manufacturing enterprise,human input mistakes will lead to the abandonment of the entire product,which makes the delay of product delivery.In order to solve this problem,manufacturing enterprises should break the traditional mold production process,standardize the mold design and make mold BOM generation in stages.The purpose of this paper is to generate design BOM in stages of the mold design cycle,by researching the organization structure and working process of mold enterprise,the paper proposed a conversion method of process BOM and manufacturing BOM under the condition of design BOM generating in stages.And the conversion model based on UML is established,finally,this paper designed a BOM generation management platform.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper studied and analyzed the structural characteristics of automobile injection mold,aiming at the production process between the acceptance of orders by injection mold enterprises and part production in injection mold enterprises,from the point of view of component structure of injection mold parts,the work flow of injection mold enterprises is planned,and the idea of generating mold BOM by stages is put forward preliminarily.Based on the modeling and analysis of the mold manufacturing process,in view of the BOM structure of injection mold,the method of BOM conversion from design BOM to process BOM and manufacturing BOM is explained based on BOM generation in stages.By establishing the structure mapping function model of BOM,the concrete transformation process is realized.Finally,based on the idea and method of UML modeling,the generation technology of mold BOM is analyzed and studied.The UML model is established for BOM of mold design,process,and manufacturing.According to UML model,the specific steps of generation and transformation are given,and the initial evaluation of BOM generation and management platform is completed.
