Injection molding technology has become one of the most important plastics processing methods. Relying on experience to design has been unable to meet the needs With the rapid modern industry development and injection mold process unprecedented development. Application of CAD / CAE technology designed to mold, design of rational analys is, reducing the number of test mode, accelerate the product development, improve business efficiency.In this Paper, the study of thin-walled waterproof gasket material is TPE which is the environmentally-friendly material, research is focused on the design and analysis, and optimization of process parameters of injection molding mold flow. Application Pro / E 5.0 design the three-dimens ional structure of mold and application Auto CAD and LTOOLS2008 marked twodimensional graph structure. TPE environ-mentally-friendly materials often encounter warpage in injection molding. Because the defects of plastic are too concentrated, the lower rate of qualified products in the molding experiment process. By optimizing process parameters to reduce or even eliminate the plastic parts defects.This thesis of a software application is Moldflow, the original plastic molding process parameters for mold flow analysis, optimization, find out the cause of the defect. Plastic molding process for weld marks, warpage and other issues, on the basis of Moldflow simulation analysis, the proposed new casting program, improved gating system structure, process and analyze the flow again and warpage. Orthogonal test method, to make the optimal combination of injection molding process parameters, optimized by comparing before and after the experiment to verify the quality of products, to improve the yield of plastic parts processing, the purpose of reducing production costs, expected processing products.
