Reservoir plays an indispensable role in the flood,power generation,water supply and other planning and management which as a water conservancy project.Reservoir control as a combination of non-engineering measures with the reservoir,you can through the development of a reasonable scheduling program to achieve full play power generation,flood control,navigation,water supply and other objectives,to give full play to the role of reservoir is of great significance.China's water shortage,from ancient times has been suffering from the invasion of the flood,causing serious losses,affecting China's sustainable development,therefore,the reservoir flood control scheduling research is of great significance.Today,although the reservoir flood control has made a lot of results,but the face of many practical needs,has yet to continue to develop.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the flood control and disaster control of reservoirs and watersheds in flood control and disaster mitigation and rational use of flood resources.Because of the complexity of the water resources system itself and the existence of many uncertainties,the reliability of the water resources system becomes more and more complicated.For reservoir flood control,there are uncertain factors such as reservoir flow,reservoir water level and discharge reservoir flow.Therefore,for the reliability of reservoir flood control,the risk analysis has very important significance for reservoir scheduling.In this paper,for the cascade reservoir group system,from the cascade reservoir group flood control scheduling,in the flood control optimization and risk analysis and other aspects of the in-depth study:(1)The model and method of reservoir flood control optimal dispatching are established.Based on the single reservoir flood control optimal dispatching model,the optimal discharge flow model of cascade reservoirs is established by taking the minimum discharge flow value of the lower reaches of cascade reservoirs as the goal,taking into account the constraints of flood control operation.And the improved Artificial Bee Colony algorithm is used to solve the model.(2)The model and the method of risk analysis of cascade reservoir group flood control are put forward.Considering the safety of the reservoir and the flood control of the downstream protection zone,the mathematical model of the risk analysis of the cascade reservoir is established.The Monte Carlo simulation and the method of TOPSIS are combined to solve the problem.
