Research On The Location Selection Of Spring Rear Stabilizer Project Of TK Company

Since 1990 s,the automobile industry of our country has realized a rapid development.China has become the one with the highest number of car sales and car production after2010.The role China is playing in automobile industry is gradually more prominent.Meanwhile,a large number of foreign enterprises begin to enter the Chinese market one after another.They mainly build their own factories in China to boost the production in order to meet the requirement of the market.During this period,one of the very key issues is how to determine the site selection in a better way.This thesis expounds and summarizes the theory of enterprise location and its research status.It also makes a conclusion about the factors that influence the enterprise location.Focused on the project of springs fear stabilizer from TK Company,the thesis mainly introduces topics such as the background of project site selection,the building process of the site selection team,development background of the industry,the development strategies of the enterprise and the program building process.Based on the analysis of those factors that could influence the site selection,the thesis points out the evaluation index system of the enterprise location scheme.The evaluation index system,constructed on three principles including cost index,quality index and risk index,covers aspects such as economic feasibility,factor productivity,industrial base,quality of infrastructure,environment risk.In this paper,it has come up with the hierarchical structure model directed by AHP,identified assessment index weight,made a comprehensive analysis of four enterprise locations suitable for investment and eventually offered the ultimate site selection result.Hopefully,this thesis can inspire and enlighten others when it comes to the enterprise location and investment policies of the government.
