| With the features of comfort,fast construction speed,high safety performance,diversified products,low cost,durable and environmental protection,the assembly building will become the trend of the future construction industry.The PC component factory builds up the precast concrete component(PC component)by large-scale production,builds the construction site,and builds the building with energy conservation and environmental protection.However,due to the fact that the assembly technology is not yet mature,the production of PC component plant is still in its infancy and fails to achieve mass production.In this paper,the lean optimization method based on the value flow chart analysis technology is proposed to solve the problem that the production line of PC component factory has not reached the expected production capacity,the production process is chaotic,the personnel utilization rate is low and the production line balance rate is low.Through the analysis of the monitoring data of precast external wall production line,combined with the optimization scheme,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)This paper sums up the technical points of the analysis of the value flow chart,and combines the actual production situation of the factory,clear the data that needs to be collected,and identifies the waste and non value-added links in the current production process.All these provide reliable data for the research of PC plant’s production process optimization.(2)In actual production,the assembly line only flows the mold stage,the corresponding operator organization is chaotic,the production efficiency is low.The capacity of PC component plant is not only restricted by upstream and downstream enterprises,but also affected by its own production conditions.The fine management mode should be implemented to reduce production costs,reduce wastage and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.(3)According to the production status of PC component factory,draw up the current value flow chart of precast external wall,and analyze the main problems existing in the current production process.The lean production method is used to improve the existing production process,combined with Kanban management,and draw the future value stream map.(4)By improving the process,optimizing the layout of the production line and improving the organization efficiency of the personnel,the product delivery cycle is shortened,the inventory is reduced,the ratio of personnel utilization,the value added time ratio and the balance of the production line are increased.In order to optimize the implementation of the scheme,we set up an institutional system,point out the implementation points of the optimization plan,and evaluate the effect after the implementation of the optimized scheme.The research of this paper can improve the process flow of F plant,improve production efficiency,shorten production cycle and improve the utilization rate of personnel.It has a certain reference and guidance for other PC component factories to realize lean production. |
