With the increasing demand of individual customers,the pace of upgrading of products is accelerating,the technical cycle of products continues to be shortened,so the survival and development of manufacturing enterprises are under tremendous pressure and challenges.Achieving lean production is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and is committed to discovering that the waste of lean value stream mapping is an important tool to achieve lean production naturally.By drawing the value stream mapping,managers can fully grasp the flow of materials and information situation,identify and analyze the waste in the production process,put forward precise solutions to promote comprehensive improvement.In the realization of lean production and improve the competitiveness of enterprises,value stream mapping has important scientific significance and practical value.Based on the theoretical discussion of the results,this study uses value stream mapping to examine the production management process of V Company.By analyzing the actual demand of V Company in production management and combining with the problems in its production management process,this paper designs a scientific and rational further value stream mapping,reduce the inventory of products and waiting time,improve production capacity and production efficiency,make the production cycle more in line with customer needs.This study is divided into four parts: the first part is the discussion of related theories.Through the full study of lean production theory,it is clear that value stream mapping is an important method to promote lean production in an all-round way.The KANBAN management system is an important technique to realize the future state.Therefore,Related theories of management.In the second part,this research takes the assembly production process of air-conditioning of V company as an example,investigates its production management status,analyzes the company's goal of lean production and its urgent needs in value stream mapping and KANBAN management.Collection and analyzing the current following logistics and information,and then construction of a current state map.The third part is the design and implementation.Design the future state of value stream according to the problems of V Company and the improvement conditions.And then obtain the improvement efficiency by comparing the future and the current mapping.And on this basis,the assembly I line capacity enhancement and KANBAN management design and implementation of a detailed analysis of the workshop design-driven production management process.Finally,verify the improvement effect,sum up the experience of implementation,and explain the shortcomings and prospects of this study.
