The vibratory unloading device in the undamaged automatic emptying scheme of tonnage bag reduced the labor intensity and the complexity and risk of operation in production.More importantly,the problem of low discharge rate and breakage of ton bag was solved.This research aims at the basic function and design requirements of the vibratory unloading device.This paper analyzed design method and dynamic characteristics of this device through simulation which provided a certain reference value for the mechanical design of the unloading device.The main content of this paper is as follows:1.In this paper,the function of the undamaged automatic emptying scheme of tonnage bag was analyzed,the scheme design of the vibratory unloading device was carried out,and the structure of each device was determined.And proposed that the key device structure should be further verified and optimized.2.This paper analyzed the structure features of the turn frame in the unloading device,the lightweight design was carried out by the finite element method.The topology optimization and size optimization module of ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software were used to analyze the turn frame which based on the optimization design theory.The optimization design case was put forward,and the quality of the turn frame was reduced by 17% after optimization.The effect of lightweight was obvious.3.To research the influence of the vibration motor excitation on the unloading device under the excitation condition and optimizes the location of the excitation source.The resonance zone and structural weak zone of the unloading device were obtained by modal analysis.The resonance region of the unloading device was not resonated with the excitation frequency of the vibration motor by the harmonic response method.Taking the weak area of the unloading device as a reference,the location of the vibration motor was optimized.Combined with harmonic response analysis,the optimal position of vibration source installation was obtained.4.To study the influence of the vibration motor excitation on the turn frame of the unloading device under the excitation condition and optimizes the structure of the turning frame.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the modal and harmonic response of the turn frame of the unloading device,and the strength and stiffness of the turn frame was insufficient,thus,put forward the design scheme optimization and verified the optimized turn frame.The optimization results met the standard of the turn frame.Finally,the research work and results of this paper were summarized,and the innovation of the paper and the work to be carried out in the next step were put forward.
