| In recent decades,the rapid development of automobile industry,in the face of increasingly strong market competition.If companies want to take advantages of this market,they must pay attention to the various types of logistics costs of the automobile supply chain.A car manufacturing company is the pioneer in the market in the control of logistics costs,as early as ten years ago,A car manufacturing company have established a wholly owned subsidiary as its own logistics service providers,A company’s subsidiary corporation is responsible for A car manufacturing company all the logistics activities.In order to gain more third profit source,A car manufacturing company has been working hard to improve their own logistics efficiency in recent years.Although more and more third-party logistics enterprises enter the car logistics market,but they focus on the logistics of the vehicle logistics.A car manufacturing company’s low efficiency of logistics mainly exist in the inbound logistics process.This paper analyzes the problem of low efficiency of A automobile company,finds out the four main reasons what causes the low efficiency of the inbound logistics process,and analyzes the feasibility of the optimization reasons,finds out which can be improved at present.Finally,the improvement direction is taken to improve the product flow Load rate.To solve this problem,the key is to design a new pallet,which is essentially a two-dimensional packing problem.After confirming the optimization goal and principle,this paper builds the mathematical model and designs the model optimization algorithm.And this paper analyzes the validity of the algorithm.Through optimizing the efficiency of inbound logistics,A company could pay more attention to A’s core business and take advantages of market competition. |
