With the rapid development of logistics technology and information technology,automotive logistics service is facing a more professional and intelligent development opportunities.Automobile logistics not only affects the efficiency of production and sales,but also occupies a big proportion of the whole vehicle cost.In the automobile marketing increasingly competitive environment,automobile logistics has already been upgraded to the same strategy height as the production and sales,and undertake the task of reducing vehicle cost.Since the auto parts are variety numerous and supplied scattered,auto parts inbound logistics is the key and most complicated part of the automobile logistics.Study on the inbound logistics can not only meet the demand of efficient JIT production,and reduce the cost of vehicle within the big scope,thereby enhance the market competitiveness of the auto manufactures.Aiming at the problem existed in the most widely applied model of 3PL inbound logistics pattern,the thesis puts forward the reasonable suggestion and measures.First fused the 4PL theory to the inbound logistics,and put up with the inbound logistics coordination intelligence pattern based on 4PL.The research main focus in the following two parts:(1)Making full use of the 4PL's power ability of integration,based on SOA(service oriented architecture)and Web Services to establish the integrated inbound management system.Solve the problem of the heterogeneous member enterprise system.To improve the efficiency of logistics and info-flow transferring based on the adoption of RFID and GIS,applying interface technology and modular integration system.Based on database of foundation,integration and decision unified dispatching center to reduce vehicle waiting and improve the cubed out of logistics vehicle.(2)Based on the inbound logistic system lowest cost theory,using cooperative game theory and the theory of coordinated management to do the inbound logistics collaborative management.Established the collaborative management operation mechanism based on the prospective of supply chain,including integrate information sharing,resource integration mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism,which based on the premise of organization trust.In the cooperative profit distribution,to do the secondary comprehensive modification of Shapley profit distribution based on the risk exposure and coordinated satisfactory,and its effectives is verified by an applied example.Based on the 4PL mode,the thesis has the creative idea in the system design method and collaborative management innovation:(1)Applying the interface and modular technology to establish the integrated inbound management system based on SOA and Web Service.To incorporate RFID?GPS?GIS technology to the inbound logistics operation and management.(2)Based on the prospective of inbound logistics system,to establish a synergy management operation mechanism and to do the comprehensive modification of synergy profit distribution towards risk bearing and synergy satisfactory.Thesis aims to solve the practical application problem of 3PL by the studying on 4PL collaboration intelligence research of inbound logistics.The design of integrated management system and the establishment of collaborative management theory have the reference and guidance significance for the innovation and development of auto parts inbound logistics.
