In Changchun Leymus Coal Industry Co.Ltd.Leymus Coal Mine,with the deepening of mining depth,underground power supply lines also grow longer and the main use of three-phase asynchronous motor power is also growing.At the same time the use of new electronic devices in the mine,resulting in decreased power factor,voltage of the load side is also decreased,the deterioration of power quality,safe production downhole potential problems,affecting the efficiency of underground coal mining and the economic benefits of enterprises.In order to achieve the reactive power balance of the main line of the coal mine power supply system,to improve the voltage quality of the large-scale coal mining equipment and other power equipment and the power factor of the line where the power factor is above 0.9,this paper designed a mine distributed local reactive power compensation device based on SVG(Static Var Generator).The device has obvious effect on the improvement of power quality of coal mine power supply system.This paper first elaborates the background and practical significance of this topic,expounds the research status of SVG both at home and abroad,and expatiates on the related concepts such as reactive power,harmonic and power quality.Secondly,the composition,principle and characteristics of SVG are analyzed,and the detection method of reactive current and the control strategy of SVG are put forward.The hardware circuit of the reactive power compensation device was designed,which mainly includes the selection of the main circuit and components,the control system,the power supply circuit,the sampling circuit,the driving circuit and the inverter circuit.Meanwhile,the software was designed,which mainly includes the main program,data acquisition procedures,PWM output procedures and so on.Finally,the reactive compensation device was tested in MATLAB simulation environment and the production site,which verified the feasibility and validity of the design device...
