Micro satellite layout optimization design refer to place electronic equipment into the satellite to optimize the positions of those equipment while satisfying a variety of technical and engineering constraints.It's a multidisciplinary task and three-dimensional layout optimization.Micro satellite layout optimization design is an important part of the satellite integrated design,which affects heavily on the reduction of the design cycle and cost,and the improvement of satellite performance.Small satellite layout optimization design is a NPC problem in mathematics which facing the dual complexity of modeling and solving challenges.This paper is to study the layout algorithm,which is faster calculated and closer to the engineering application,with thermal and other constraints.The main work of this paper includes the following contributions:(1)Aiming at the minimized enveloping satellite layout optimization problem,this paper studies on the layout optimization method whose enveloping size is un-predefined.For the satellite with plate structure,this paper decomposed the three-dimension satellite layout problem to several two dimension layout problem and put forward the selfboundary fall free genetic algorithm(SBFFGA)with is combined constructive algorithm and genetic algorithm.Two numerical packing experiments and one satellite three dimension instance have been conducted to verify the efficiency of SBFFGA algorithm.Based on the SBFFGA algorithm,the satellite layout result has been optimized by the algorithm proposed in this paper.(2)Aiming at the satellite layout optimization with predefined enveloping size,this paper studies on the satellite layout problem with thermal constraint.In order to ameliorate the problem of great amount of calculation by the traditional layout method used the coordinates of items as input,this paper proposed a nonlinear weight particle swarm optimization algorithm.This method concludes two steps: The first step is to generate initial layout based on SBFFGA,and analyze the thermal simulation solution to pick up the results which meet the requirements.The second step is to seek the optimal layout using the particle swarm algorithm proposed above.The thermal constraint mentioned above is calculated by COMSOL software.At last,this paper gives a layout example to validate the nonlinear weight particle swarm algorithm.(3)After designing the layout algorithm,the methods proposed in the paper is used to optimize the layout of the TT-1 micro satellite.Analyzing the layout requirements and establishing the model of the satellite.Setting the thermal parameters and conducting the thermal simulations to validate the effectiveness of the COMSOL software.After steps above,the solution strategy proposed in chapter 4 is conducted and generates some layout results which are requirements satisfied.Pick up the best layout result and compare original layout.All in all,this paper investigates the micro satellite layout problem with un-predefined enveloping size and predefined enveloping size under thermal constraint.The related algorithms have been proposed and verified.This paper has great significance in promoting the development of the theory of micro-satellite layout and improving the efficiency of the overall design of micro-satellites.
