Nowadays, micro-satellite depending on its protrudent merits such as short produce cycle, low cost and flexible launch way attracts more and more attention in spacefight area. The development of modern micro-satellite needs a thermal control system with high-efficiency, high-credibility and low-cost characteristics to control heat exchanging between the inner and outer space of satellite, and to keep the balance temperature in the demand range, and finally to insure the micro-satellite to complete its mission successfully. This paper carried out thermal design and thermal analysis of TXZ micro-satellite, and provided certain thermal control scheme.Firstly, in the guide of thermal control principle of satellite, thermal design of TXZ micro-satellite which was to obtain, store and transfer remote sensing information, simultaneously to accomplish controlling of gesture, orbital activity and to take photos of space object was given. Integrating various thermal control methods in and abroad, the passive thermal control methods assisted by active thermal control methods were used in this design. And also thermal design of all apparatuses on the satellite was given out, especially progressed idiographic heat design to CCD camera and Li-hydronium storage cell which were very important.Following, through the logical hypothesis, depending on the thermal network equations, in using of passive thermal control methods, the temperature distribution were investigated on the case of concentrated thermal radiating under thermal radiating area S=0.072m2. The results showed that when the radiating area was fixed at one position, the temperature of apparatuses in the upper and middle room changed between 1 and 16℃, and it complied with the design temperature, while temperature distribution of apparatuses in the lower room was from -2 to 4℃,and the temperature of CCD camera and Li-hydronium storage cell got beyond the design temperature. In order to improve the micro-satellite's thermal control capability, this paper optimized the thermal control methods. Using of separated thermal radiating technique, the temperature simulation showed that the apparatuses'temperature were closer to design request, temperature difference became smaller than concentrated thermal radiating, and temperature of lower and middle room was increased by 1 to 3 times. Then temperature distribution of micro-satellite was simulated when CCD camera was heated by electrical heater. At last, with the application of Illegible Theory, this paper evaluated the thermal control project and acquired final thermal control scheme.
