The large flow gas supply system is the key component of the aircraft large-scale ground test system,its performance has an important influence to the ground test.The paper studies the large flow gas supply system and its stability control method.First of all,the composition and working principle of supply system are introduced.The mathematical models are established to describe gas throttling,temperature change and active components sports laws on the basis of the rational hypothesis,.The simulation models are built using MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform.The comparative analysis of simulation results and test data verify the validity of the model.Then,this paper analyzes stability control principle of the gas supply system.The control system is designed adopting upper and lower computer master-slave control mode.The control components type is selected combined with the design of control system,such as the PLC,switching power supply,relay,sensor and electromagnetic valve.Combining with the control requirements and control system structure,the control system choose the PID + PWM control strategy,and the main program of PLC operation process is described in detail.In addition,based on the technology of virtual instruments,The upper computer software is developed for the control system in LabVIEW programming environment using G language.The program is written for the three core functional of data communication,real time supervisory control and data acquisition and storage.The orderly combination of each function modules form a complete upper computer software program,and a reasonable layout of the front panel is to improve the friendly of the human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the key control parameters of the control system is elected by the way of experiment,this paper introduces the test system and designs a detailed test plan combined with the test conditions.Through the comparison and analysis of the test results under different parameter settings,the appropriate control parameters are found to realize the stable control of large flow gas supply system and the ideal control effect is obtained.
