| Human resource is the core resource of enterprise,the.competition of enterprise is essentially the competition of talent person.For an enterprise,it is most important to let employee work harder for enterprise’s goal,arouse employee’s enthusiasm,accelerate realizing enterprise’s strategic goal,and also achieve employee’s personal developing goal through using effective motivation system.The article takes the research and development person in XMJL Bus Company as investigation object,combining with newest research output of motivation and inspiration system theory in overseas and abroad,based on investigation and analysis of current problem on technicians of XMJL Bus Company,motivation system.motivation system status and existent a new way is proposed in establishing motivation system.This dissertation try to design the motivation system which adopt enterprise’s research institutions,through studying the developing and encourages question with the technical staff in the XMJL Bus Company.It provides a new way to the management system reform,especially the reform of human resource management system for enterprise’s research institutions.Firstly,this dissertation introduces human resource management conceptions,the definition and function of motivation and so on.Then this dissertation introduces the management current situation to the technical staff of the institute.In chapter 4,this dissertation analyzes the existence problem of the development and motivation of the technical staff,which adopt the research approach of the questionnaire investigation.On the basis of this,this improve the reformative scheme,which include the job achievement praise index based on KPI,overlooking career development plan of technicians,the training demand analyses and training result appraisal program,and the other motivational way.The research outcome of this article would provide benchmarking and reference for enterprise to encourage knowledgeable employee,and give an example of actual operable motivation strategy for XMJL Bus Company. |
