In recent years,with the high-speed development of the auto industry,foundry enterprise market has also been gradually increase,the market opportunity at the same time also brought competition,the evolution law of the market results in the casting industry pattern also produced bigger change.At the same time,along with the growing scale of development of private car companies,the corresponding supporting foundry enterprise also sprang up in the foundry industry,foundry enterprises increasingly competitive.In state-owned enterprises,the initial price management and actual market prices there is a disconnect,especially large state-owned enterprises such as the first automobile group company,the most important form a complete set of spare parts all from within the group enterprise,there is only one,and the corresponding enterprise basic production enterprises such as FAW Foundry Co.,LTD.,as sole supplier,within the FAW has exclusive supply engine cylinder blank for automobile enterprise group,therefore,in this lack of competition environment,FAW Foundry Co.,LTD.,the price of the management is still exist many problems and shortcomings.In FAW Foundry Co.,LTD.,the price runs through the production and operation activities of the casting company,and the price is related to the economic benefit of the foundry company and the market competitiveness of the foundry company.How to apply price management in foundry companies is always a matter of concern for FAW Foundry.The research content of this article is: the first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background,research status quo of price management and research significance,the second chapter price management research theoretical basis,the casting company is currently applied to sorting and summarizing the price management theory,the third chapter FAW Foundry price management present situation analysis,the casting company prices contact management present situation of the market environment is analyzed,the fourth chapter FAW Foundry problems of price management,through the analysis of the status quo,summed up the present problems of the casting price management,chapter v of the improvement of the research in the management of FAW Foundry price,to study how to solve the immediate problem,and analyzes the solution is obtained,the last chapter of this paper is summarized,and the need to do for the future research are prospected.This research's main features are: the current situation of price management of casting company analysis of price control problem,through the use of price management theory and the study of price formula,price model and apply it to solve the problem of price management.So as to gradually improve the price management strategy,and ultimately achieve the goal of supporting the business strategy of enterprises.
