Study On The Method Of Engineering Pricing Set Price

At present our country market economy system and legal system are not perfect,the situation of the construction market is not very mature,bill of quantities pricing mode in the process of the implementation of our country has many problems.How to better solve the problem of project cost management based on the list valuation is the key to research project cost management problems later.Quota valuation and bill of quantities valuation become the main mode of engineering cost management in our country.Based on the analysis of the engineering valuation in the emergence and the development situation at home and abroad,this paper expounds the engineering cost,quota valuation and the related content of the quantities bill valuation,introduced quota valuation method and program,the basic theory of bill of quantities pricing mode,the program and content of listing price,compared the internal relations and differences between two kinds of pricing mode.At the same time analyses the quota set price and the market set price connection problem,and the market set price’ advantages,necessity,the difficulties and other issues,on the basis of this puts forward that establishing enterprise quota is the best connection way for the quota set price and the market set price.Then based on the partial step of connection made in this paper,and through the combination of theory and empirical method,using case analysis integration method of quota set price and the market set price,proposed some measures of bill of quantities pricing mode application in our country.
