GTK Company Equipment Management Improvement Research

After the 20st century,China's labor cost advantage has gradually disappeared.Under the background of economic globalization,the market competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce How to stand firm in the fierce market competition has become the primary problem faced by many enterprises.In order to cope with the situation of rising labor cost and fierce market competition,many enterprises choose to promote transformation and upgrading by technological innovation,and transform from labor-intensive enterprises to technology intensive enterprises,which has renewed vitality.As a labor-intensive industry,manufacturing industry has become an inevitable choice to improve labor productivity through transformation and upgrading.For many intelligent manufacturing enterprises,the cost of machinery and equipment accounts for a large proportion of the total cost.Optimizing the equipment management and making the equipment play the largest role in the production process is conducive to ensuring the enterprise to improve production efficiency.At the same time,optimizing equipment management is also helpful to promote technological innovation.As equipment is the basis of production,intelligent and modern equipment is conducive to the innovation of production skills.The importance of equipment management has been recognized by more and more enterprises..Taking GTK company as an example,this paper studies the equipment management of precision machinery manufacturing enterprises.Through the description of the current situation of GTK's equipment management,we find the existing problems in GTK's equipment management,including the backward concept of GTK's equipment management,the imperfect organization structure of equipment management,and the imperfect equipment management system.Under the guidance of the whole life cycle theory of equipment and TPM theory,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of GTK company's equipment management,emphasizing the application of advanced theory to improve GTK company's equipment management system and related systems,so as to improve GTK company's production efficiency.Finally,through the implementation of GTK's equipment management scheme,the scheme effect is verified,in order to provide some experience for other manufacturing companies.
