With the development of technology,the replacement of the existing weapons and equipment is more frequent.High acceleration stress screening is needed to ensure the reliability of the service state of the equipment.The simulation technology can help to determine the high acceleration stress screening test section and avoid blind test.In view of this situation,the fatigue life of the power control circuit board is calculated by the finite element analysis of the response of the power control circuit board under the thermal environment and the vibration environment.The theory of thermoelastic mechanics is expounded,the finite element analysis method and its finite element analysis software ANSYSworkbench are described.The theory of thermal stress calculation by finite element method,the constitutive model of tin lead solder and the calculation method of thermal fatigue life are studied.The fatigue life of a BGA package solder is predicted,and the thermal fatigue life is verified.Calculation method.The generation method of the super Gauss random vibration signal is studied,and the fatigue life calculation of the response load of Gauss and super Gauss is calculated.The random vibration response of the test parts is simulated by the finite element software,and the fatigue life is calculated,and the calculation method of Gauss fatigue life is verified.The fatigue life of a given kurtosis and spectrum super Gauss vibration response is calculated by Gauss mixing rain flow counting method.A power control circuit board model is established by finite element simulation software.The model is analyzed by modal analysis and random vibration analysis,and the fatigue life of the model is predicted by multi axis vibration fatigue life theory,and the fatigue life of the circuit board under the heat cycle load is predicted.The fatigue life of the model under the combined effect of thermal vibration is calculated by the linear damage superposition method.
