The CTCS-3 train operation control system is an important technical equipment that must be assembled on high-speed EMUs in China.It is a manifestation of the modernization of railway technology systems and equipment and it is the key to ensuring the safe,reliable,and efficient operation of high-speed trains.As the core signal equipment on high-speed trains,the failure of a low-probability fault device in the CTCS-3 train operation control system will result in catastrophic consequences.Therefore,it is of great significance to perform reliability analysis and fault diagnosis on CTCS-3 train control system.Based on the analysis results of the actual fault cases,in this thesis,the binary decision graph method is used to analyze the reliability of the CTCS-3 train control system.The reliability analysis results are further used to the rule-based fault diagnosis of the CTCS-3 train control system.The main results obtained in the thesis are as follows:(1)The overall structure of the CTCS-3 train control system is analyzed.The structure and function of the system components are introduced in detail.The main failure modes of the system are analyzed according to the actual cases,and the fault tree of the CTCS-3 train control system is established according to the system structure and the fault tree establishment process.(2)The reliability analysis of the CTCS-3 train operation control system is performed based on the binary decision diagram.Firstly,the fault tree of the CTCS-3 train operation control system is decomposed into modules,and then each submodule is transformed into a binary decision diagram model according to the conversion rules of the binary decision diagram.The data is given according to the data released by the Ministry of Railways.The reliability of the system and the probabilities of events at the bottom event relative to the top event are plotted,and a line graph of the probability of the event at the bottom event is plotted to analyze the reliability and weakness of the system.The comparison with relevant research results verifies the correctness of the conclusion.(3)Based on the rule-plus-frame method,the fault diagnosis of the CTCS-3 train operation control system is studied.First,use the basic diagnostic unit to infer that the system is faulty.If there is a fault,a method based on rules and frames is used to carry out forward reasoning on the CTCS-3 train operation control system,and the system's frame table is obtained.Based on the results of the reliability analysis,the priority of the fault at the bottom event is determined and given.The cause of the failure and the method of handling it.Finally,the fault diagnosis is carried out for a real fault case and the fault frame is given,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
