| With the development of industrial technology at home and abroad,the light weight method of bus body structure is developing.Through the research of related literature,it is found that the light weight method of bus body structure is mainly divided into three aspects:1)the rational use of new materials.The main material is the material with high strength /density ratio.The new manufacturing process is adopted.(3)the body structure is reasonably designed according to the mechanical properties.Due to the cost of manufacturing,new materials and new manufacturing processes are used in passenger cars.,they are becoming more and more important on the light weight of bus body structure.But the method of reducing weight by reasonable design of body structure is the fundamental method to realize light weight.In this paper,the body structure of ZK6119 bus is studied from the aspect of reasonable structure design,and its light weight goal is realized.On the basis of summarizing the background of bus light weight and the research situation of light weight technology at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the light weight of bus body.Through the mechanical analysis of the simplified model of the thin-walled beam member of the frame of the bus body,the theoretical basis of the light weight improvement method is obtained,and the light weight of the body is discussed from the aspects of the application of the new material and the manufacturing process.Finally,the finite element analysis is used to analyze the body structure,and the light weight improvement scheme is put forward.After the light weight design of ZK6119 car body structure is finished,the new basic performance analysis of the light weight body structure is carried out.It is found that there is no high stress bar in the light weight body structure,and the bar layout is more reasonable.The static stiffness and the dynamic stiffness are kept at the same level as the original body structure,and the strength performance and the opening deformation performance are greatly improved.Based on this,the structure of midst door and some less important components had been ameliorated directly according to the real situation.Finally,the lightened weight of this bus body is about 345.84 kg and the improved frame met requirements. |
