Jack-up rigs are an important piece of equipment for offshore oil and gas reclamation today,accounting for 60% of the global rig market.However,due to the complexity and severity of the marine environment in which the drilling platform is located,wind,waves,currents,other uncertain loads,and instability such as slip and fault often pose a great threat to the structural safety of the platform.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the platform operation,this paper uses the jack-up drilling platform as a prototype to innovate and develop an offshore platform land lifting simulation device,which can simulate the offshore lifting operation of the offshore platform under different working conditions.The main contents include:(1)Introduction to software and data communication technology required for the research work of the thesis,focusing on the graphical programming language LabVIEW in virtual instrument,its powerful function and flexible operation interface make it widely used in many fields.As an information transmission channel between the monitoring PC and the field device,OPC technology becomes a communication bridge between the upper computer and the lower computer.(2)Explain the composition and working principle of the marine simulation platform of the research object.The marine platform land lifting simulation device of this paper is a four-legged self-lifting platform,which realizes the power drive of the platform through the rack and pinion mechanism,including the platform lifting system.Three parts: the wave disturbance system and the foundation settlement simulation system.(3)The design of the safety monitoring system for the offshore platform lifting simulator of the offshore platform.Based on the safety monitoring method and content of the self-elevating offshore platform,the function,monitoring information and safety rating design and development of the safety monitoring system of the offshore platform lifting simulator are carried out.Through the above research,this paper designs and develops a set of safety rules forthe pile leg lifting system and foundation settlement simulation system for the offshore platform land lifting simulation device,and develops a data acquisition system using Lab-VIEW software as the upper computer.Using OPC technology and the communication and setting method of the lower computer PLC,real-time data acquisition,safety monitoring and data saving and playback during the lifting experiment of the analog lifting device are realized.Through the field test operation of the offshore platform lifting simulator,the rationality and reliability of the safety monitoring system developed in this paper are verified,which has far-reaching significance for the safe operation and on-site monitoring technology of the offshore platform in China.
