The application of air floatation technology has a certain advantage in the field of gravity elimination,and has been paid more and more attention by researchers.Because of the low viscosity media such as air as lubricating medium,gas bearing has its special advantages in wide application.And it can improve the working characteristics of the worktable.The main work of this paper is that the scheme of flotation platform for a kind of gas thrust bearing is proposed.The microgravity can be eliminated by adjusting the gas film thickness.The gas lubrication model for the supporting scheme of the gas bearing is established.Through numerical calculation and analysis,the relationship between the key parameters and the load of the platform are obtained.The structure and function of each system of the floating platform are designed.The work are as follows:Firstly,based on the theory of gas thrust bearing,the scheme for air floatation microgravity testing platform is proposed.It includes gas supply system,control system,thrust bearing and supporting platform.It can reduce the gravity effect by adjusting the thickness of the gas film between the thrust bearing and the platform.Through this scheme,the air bearing capacity of the platform can be obtained.Secondly,a coupling model of gas dynamic lubrication for the thrust bearing is established.And the solving methods of each model are deduced in detail,which provides the basis for the scheme design and calculation analysis.Thirdly,the influence of the gas viscosity coefficient,platform load and speed of the platform characteristics are calculated.And the influence law is obtained.The further influence for the effects of the throttle parameters is calculated,such as the gas pressure and the pore diameter on the platform characteristics.And the influence law is obtained.At the same time,the sensitivity of aperture and the supply pressure are explored and optimized.Finally,based on the calculation and analysis of the previous analyze,the detailed design of the air floatation platform is completed.It includes supporting system,gas system,monitoring system and control system.For the supporting system,the structure design of the bearing surface and the bearing platform are completed.For the gas system,the air pump and the flow meter are designed and selected.For the monitoring system,the selection and design of sensor monitoring system are completed.For the control system,the relief valve,throttle valve,flow control switch and filter are selected.The results have laid a theoretical foundation for the performance analysis of the air floatation platform and the solid experiment of the air floatation platform,which has important guiding value.
