The rapid development of mobile Internet technology has enabled the tourism industry to plug in the wings of mobile applications and bring convenience to tourists' leisure travel.The purchase of tourist souvenirs as an important part of tourism activities,combined with mobile applications is an inevitable trend.The survey found that tourists often worry about not being able to purchase their favorite souvenirs,and many excellent tourist souvenirs are hardly known to tourists.The online sales of tourist souvenirs effectively solved these problems and made it easier and safer for tourists to shop on the road.In the era of economic experience,a high-quality user experience is the key to the success of products.The design of travel souvenir shopping guide APP must conform to the trend of the times,strengthen service design,enhance user experience,and create common values.The paper takes smartphone as carrier,takes user experience as the center and interactive design theory as the guide,proposes interactive design concept,design principle and method of user interface based on user experience in souvenir shopping guide APP.It will make tourists and excellent tourist souvenirs through mobile shopping.The platform is connected to achieve two-way service,guide users to better understand the local culture in the tourism process,and obtain fast and high-quality tourism souvenir purchase channels,and enjoy a better experience.The paper firstly elaborates the basic theories and techniques related to user experience.It combines the life cycle of the user experience to define the design points of the souvenir shopping guide APP at different stages,and proposes a user experience element design method for the souvenir shopping guide APP;secondly,Based on the analysis of interaction design factors affecting shopping guide souvenirs APP interface,based on the user's psychological and physiological characteristics and the interaction characteristics of smart phones,the basic principles of interaction souvenir interface interaction design,interface information arrangement,plate ratio,color and visual style were proposed.The design method;then,based on the user experience element design model,the design flow of the tourism souvenir shopping guide APP was clarified,and the design strategy from abstract to specific and from deep to surface was proposed;finally,the theory was applied to practice and a design was made.A high-quality,user-experienced,truly practical travel souvenir shopping guide app,“Journey Purchase”,verifies the feasibility of the proposed principles,methods,and strategies.The research results of the thesis expand the traditional way of marketing tourismsouvenirs,make the tourism industry more closely integrated with mobile applications,allow users to obtain convenient services and humanized product experiences,and draw lessons from the development of similar designs and tourism applications in the future.significance.
