As the scale of mobile Internet tends to be stable,the number of mobile applications has slowed down,and the mining of basic user needs has become saturated.Mobile Internet product services have covered all aspects of users' daily lives.On the basis of product availa-bility,users have put forward new requirements for mobile Internet products,and users' ex-pectations for product experience have expanded from efficiency and aesthetics to emotional and meaning dimensions.For mobile Internet products,due to the extensive growth of the In-ternet dividend period,the product user experience has not received enough attention.As the functional differences at the technical level disappear,coupled with the lack of innovation in the later stages of the product,mobile Internet products fall into homogenization competition.The quagmire,user experience innovation has become the only way out for enterprise devel-opment.When the essence of enterprise competition becomes the competition of product user experience and the creation of new user experience value,it has become the focus of current mobile Internet product design.It is imperative to innovate the user experience design method and strategy.This paper aims to explore the design and innovation of mobile application user experience in combination with the defamiliarization theory in the field of literature and art.In the theoretical analysis stage,by discriminating the differences in the application of defamiliarization theory in the field of art and design,the concept of defamiliarization design is defined,and the object of defamiliarization design is the mental model of the user.Com-bining the relevant theories of cognitive psychology and user experience design,this paper analyzes the cognitive characteristics of defamiliarization design and the application mecha-nism and value of the design method in user experience design of mobile applications,and demonstrates the feasibility of defamiliarization design method on the theoretical level.And meaning.·In the research output part,the author extracts and extracts the cognitive characteristics of the user's mental model through the small sample qualitative user research of the main In-ternet population,and then transforms it into the design element of the mobile application us-er experience defamiliarization design,and defines the elements.Three levels of classification and application analysis of layer,architecture layer and sensing layer provide a theoretical framework for mobile application user experience defamiliarization design practice.Finally,combined with user research conclusions and mobile application defamiliarization design ac-tual cases,based on the defamiliarization design element framework,three levels of mobile application defamiliarization design strategies are exported to provide reference and guidance for specific design practice.The framework of mobile application defamiliarization design elements and design strategies provide a way of thinking and ways for mobile application user experience innova-tion,and have certain positive significance for the expansion and improvement of user expe-rience design research dimension.At the same time,I hope that designers can use the results of this research to gain some help in product user experience design practice and create more user value.
