The Study Of Steering Wheel Design Of Class B Car Based On User Behavior Analysis

With the rapid progress of society,great changes have taken place in the design of products.In today's fierce market competition,how to make the product truly meet the needs of users becomes a very important influence of enterprise competition.Throughout the years of product design process,it is not difficult to find that the traditional formal product design has gradually developed to pay more attention to its meaning,content,so the designers in the design from the product itself gradually extend to the user.User behavior as a new way of study has been more and more attention,the designers through the analysis of user behavior to be studied in the process of using the product,to analyze the next step to excavate out the needs of users.In this paper,the user's behavior analysis is used for class B cars,and then a class B car steering wheel is designed to meet the needs of users.The theoretical system of user behavior analysis is still in the emerging stage in the field of product design,and it is hoped that the research and application of this paper can serve as a reference.In this paper,based on user behavior analysis of class B car steering wheel design,this paper mainly discusses the following three aspects:one is the research and analysis of relevant theories,reading lots of literatures about user behavior analysis,summarized and concluded,according to the existing literature to sort out and design a set of product design model based on user behavior analysis.Secondly,the design of the steering wheel is analyzed,and the research support of the steering wheel design is found in the technical theory.The second is to understand the design specifications of the steering wheel,and to find the important points for the product design based on the user needs of user behavior analysis.In this link for user B car steering wheel used for market research and product user testing based on user behavior analysis,collecting and sorting the user behavior data,these data will eventually finishing as the relatively complete user requirements;In practice,the above quantitative analysis of user behavior research for specific user needs,and put forward concrete according to the requirements of users B car design,finally the semantic analysis and finite element analysis is adopted to design the class B car steering wheel for validation.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design and improvement of the steering wheel of class B car with the research method of user behavior analysis to improve the user experience value of the steering wheel of class B car.
