With the rapid development of network information technology,as well as the arrival of the era of big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the national economy is developing continuously,and the economic structure is constantly improving,and the quality of human life is constantly improving,and the requirement surface of human beings is becoming more and more extensive,and people's requirements for various products are becoming more and more diversified and personalized.As a result,the speed of updating and iteration of various products is becoming faster,which shortens the time to market and use cycle of products.In order to maintain the market share of their products,enterprises need to understand and be familiar with the needs of the target market and users.Therefore,how to adopt effective knowledge management theory and method,to obtain the market demand and user needs,and to convert these needs to correspond to the requirement of knowledge,it is used to guide the product innovation of key enterprises.In this way,the enterprise can develop the corresponding products to meet the market demand and user requirements,improve the added value of its products,and maintain the market competitiveness and advantages.Based on the analysis of the source of user requirements knowledge,knowledge acquisition means,knowledge mining and knowledge analysis,this paper studies the representation of user requirements knowledge and the feature classification of knowledge,conducts ontology modeling of user requirements knowledge through ontology modeling tools,presents a user requirements knowledge acquisition model oriented to product innovation process,and proposes the concept of user demand knowledge correlation to calculate their knowledge satisfaction.At the same time,the feature classification of user requirements knowledge,user requirements knowledge acquisition and knowledge dissipation structure model are studied to establish an effective user requirements knowledge management method.
