In the process of rapid economic development in China,people's demands for life are getting higher and higher,and the demand for automobiles has increased sharply.According to statistics,as the number of purchased cars increases,the incidence of traffic accidents becomes higher,especially at night.The probability of a traffic accident accounts for 80%of the total.The main reason is that due to poor lighting conditions,the light at night is not as strong as during the day.The driver can't see the road surface and is prone to traffic accidents.This master's thesis focuses on how to use the automotive electronics technology to achieve intelligent control of the car headlights,avoid accidents caused by driver error,and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents.The research of this subject has good value in practical life applications.In view of the above problems,combined with the intelligent control of automobile headlights at home and abroad,according to the relevant regulations of traffic management and the complicated situations encountered by cars in actual driving,the main work and achievements of this master's thesis are:Firstly,based on the composition of the intelligent control system of the car headlights,the basic principles of the system and the basic functions,the overall design scheme of the fuzzy intelligent drive control system for the car headlights is given.Secondly,through the analysis of system main controller performance,various sensor selections,motor operation modes,etc.,the hardware design of each main module of the automotive headlamp fuzzy intelligent drive control system is given,including the main controller peripheral circuit and steps.The motor-forming circuit,relay module,automobile engine and door detection module,lamp failure alarm circuit and foll-system power supply circuit were designed.Thirdly,based on the modular programming method,the software design and analysis of the vehicle headlight fuzzy intelligent drive control system based on the main program block diagram and five subroutine modules are given,including the headlight intelligent switch subroutine block diagram.The low beam automatically switches between subroutines and other subroutines.Fourthly,based on the fuzzy control theory and method,the fuzzy intelligent control of the car headlight horizontal deflection system is realized.By using the driving speed of the car and the turning angle of the steering wheel of the car as the input variables of the system,the horizontal deflection angle of the headlight is set as the output variable of the fuzzy system,and the two inputs of the system are blurred,and the fuzzy is applied.Inference operation,obtain the fuzzy value of the horizontal deflection angle of the headlight,and finally clear the fuzzy result to obtain the true angle value of the horizontal deflection of the headlight,and realize the intelligent control of the headlight horizontal deflection system by the step motor drive.
