Dalian Logistics Distribution Center Layout And Storage Facilities Planning And Design

With the transition of economic structure and industry competition,the quantity of railway transportation has declined significantly since 2012.China Railway Corporation launched the railway transportation organization reform with the goal for Full-scale Enhance Railway Transportation Services in June 2013.Railway Modern logistics construction conference was held in Shenyang in May 2015,which proposed that China Railway would transform for overall modern logistics enterprises,one of the main measures is to develop the construction for railway urban logistics distribution center,its goal is to improve the service quality of railway logistics enterprises,in order to meet the urban distribution demands,strengthen the competitive power of railway logistics enterprises.This thesis makes a study on Dalian urban logistics distribution layout and storage facilities plan design,with the full reference of research findings of domestic and international urban logistics distribution layout and storage facilities plan design.Firstly,this thesis generalizes the project position,the project location,the analysis of logistics quantity and the profit model of Dalian urban logistics distribution center.Secondly,this thesis makes a design for the main functional zone and subsidiary zone of distribution center based on the concepts of the general layout and plan design of Dalian urban logistics distribution center,meanwhile,makes a research on the general layout and flows of each functional zone.Thirdly,taking No.1 normal temperature storage house for example,this thesis designs the working space of the warehouse,goods shelves facilities,stock area,storage area and researches on each working space layout respectively as the principle of Dalian urban logistics distribution storage facilities plan design.Lastly,this thesis makes a design for the organization structure and operation procedures of Dalian urban logistics distribution center.
