Design And Simulation Of Storage Facilities In Dalian Tieyue Logistics Center

With the deepening of railway freight reform,the transformation of railway freight transport to modern logistics has been promoted.By renovating the original railway freight yard,Dalian treated group builds the Dalian treated material flow center,so as to meet the demand of Dalian logistics development and the trend of railway freight reform and development.However,there are still some problems with the actual operation of Dalian tieyue logistics center,such as imperfect storage facilities and equipment,unreasonable layout of operational area,imperfect operation process and low efficiency of operation personnel.Aiming at the above problems,this paper planned and designed the storage facilities of no.2 warehouses of Dalian tieyue logistics center,and simulated the storage facilities with Ra LC simulation software.Firstly,storage facilities of Dalian tieyue logistics center are designed and simulated.With the semi-automatic warehouse as the design direction,select the storage facilities and equipment such as pallet,shelf,forklift,divide the internal operation area and the external operation area,calculate the required area of each operation area,and make the overall layout of the operation area.The simulation hypothesis and purpose of storage facility layout were determined,and the simulation components,operators and equipment parameters were configured.The layout simulation was carried out for each operation area and the entire operation area.Then it designs and simulates the warehouse operation flow of Dalian tieyue logistics center.According to the characteristics of operational flow of railway logistics center,the operation flow design of warehousing operation,in-warehouse operation and distribution operation is carried out.On the basis of the simulation model of storage facilities and equipment and according to the logical relationship among the object modules,the process simulation of a warehousing operation,storage operation and outbound operation in the operation process is carried out respectively.Finally,the simulation operation and staff optimization are carried out in distinctive logistics center.Make and import the basic data table of simulation operation,set the simulation time,and simulate the warehouse operation according to the number of workers and the division of labor.According to the operational results,the operation time data analysis chart is output,the current operational efficiency of the operation staff is analyzed,and the operation staff allocation optimization scheme is proposed.
