Research On Green Construction Evaluation System For Construction Engineering

With the rapid development of human industrialization and urbanization process,the energy resources consumption,especially fossil fuels and other non-renewable energy,results in the growing contradiction among the energy demand,economic development and natural environment.Construction industry,as a pillar industry in the development of our national economy,promotes social and economic development,employment opportunities increase and the improvement o living environment,meanwhile,consumes a large amount of natural resources and energy,which causes serious damage to the ecological environment.In order to practice sustainable development strategy,conducting green construction theory research and the scientific evaluation of the level of green construction will have significant practical significance to the healthy and sustainable development of construction industry in our country.Based on the related theories of green construction and green construction evaluation,this paper builds a green construction evaluation index system,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a green construction evaluation model.The green construction evaluation system is verified scientific and reasonable through case analysis.Based on the systematic analysis of the definition,characteristics and development status of green construction,this paper firstly expounds the concept,content and function of green construction evaluation.Secondly,the paper compares the domestic and international typical green construction’s related evaluation system.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of green construction in our country,the paper constructs a set of green construction evaluation index system.Finally,through empirical analysis,it verifies that the green construction evaluation system constructed by the article has a certain scientific and rationality.Finally,combined with the actual situation in China,we propose some suggestions to accelerate the application and development of green construction in China,such as improving green construction index system content,diversifying green construction evaluation methods,improving green construction evaluation auxiliary facilities,strengthening the training and education of green construction concept,exploring ways to solve green construction economic obstacles and so on.
