The rapid advancement of the industrialization process not only consumes a lot of resources,but also causes serious damage to the ecological environment.The lack of resources and environmental pollution have endangered the normal life of human beings.Based on this,China has proposed the concept of sustainable development,and pointed out that the development of the national economy is a healthy development under the premise of resource conservation and environmental protection.As we all know,the construction industry is a high energy-consuming and high-polluting industry.It is of great significance to promote the reform of the construction industry and implement the concept of sustainable development in its field.In this context,green buildings have been vigorously promoted due to their energy saving and environmental protection characteristics.Green construction is the manufacturing process of green buildings.It focuses on the entire life cycle of the building.In the building manufacturing process,the concepts of energy conservation,building materials,water resources,land conservation,environmental protection,and sustainability development fits.Green construction evaluation is an activity to evaluate the green construction level and effect of engineering construction projects,and is a comprehensive evaluation of green planning,green design,and green construction stages.China's evaluation and research of green building projects are basically carried out according to planning,design,and construction,each with its own emphasis,and there is not much research on the characteristics of the entire process of construction.A complete green building evaluation system can provide strong guidance and basis for the manufacture of green buildings,and promote the healthy development of green buildings.The article thoroughly understands the meaning of green building and green building by consulting a large number of literatures,and analyzes the relationship between the two.The indicators that affect green building are determined through questionnaire surveys and practical surveys,and are divided into quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators according to the characteristics of the indicators Indicators,and classify and code them to establish a complete evaluation index system;use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the individual weights and total weights of each indicator,and to check the consistency of the indicators to ensure the reliability of the indicators;Methods were used for comparison and analysis.Based on the characteristics of green construction,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to construct a green construction evaluation model.Green construction was classified into four levels of excellent,good,qualified,and unqualified.Finally,engineering examples were introduced to evaluate the green construction constructed in this paper.Volume model for validation.The results show that the green construction evaluation model constructed in this paper can better reflect the characteristics of green construction,meet the multi-level and multi-indicative nature of green construction evaluation,and provide a reference for promoting the further development of green construction.
