The implementation of the concept of sustainable development is an inevitable requirement for people to live in harmony with nature.The green wave that is derived from sustainable development is surging in all major industries.For the construction industry,the implementation of green construction has become an inevitable trend.The concept of sustainable development is carried out throughout the life cycle of the project,that is to say,it must be implemented in the decision-making,design,construction and operation stages.Throughout the various stages of the project,the construction phase is the period that has the most concentrated impact on the environment and resources.Establishing a scientific and rational green construction evaluation system is an inevitable requirement for implementing green construction.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant theories of green construction related to construction projects at home and abroad,this paper has studied the theory of green construction in detail,combined with the characteristics of construction projects,and referenced the current green evaluation criteria to the green construction evaluation index system of China's construction projects.The composition was analyzed in detail.From the three aspects of rational use of resources,environmental protection and on-site management,the influencing factors of green construction are analyzed,and the indicators in three aspects are refined,the sub-indicators are selected,and the index system is established to lay the foundation for the evaluation of construction greenness.Firstly,the thesis starts with the research background and significance,and extensively consults domestic and foreign literatures,analyzes and summarizes existing research results,and provides reference for subsequent research.Secondly,introduces relevant theories,including green construction theory and construction green evaluation theory.Third,establish The pre-selection of indicators will analyze the influencing factors of green construction from three aspects: rational use of resources,environmental protection and on-site management.The indicators will be selected according to the construction principle of the index system,and the index system will be constructed.The connotation and evaluation criteria of each index will be carried out.Defined.Fourthly,the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced to construct the green construction evaluation model of construction project.Finally,the A project is selected,and the evaluation method of paper selection is used to simulate and evaluate the feasibility of the method.
