The urban construction in the Wuhu area is affected to some extent by its widely distributed marine soft soil.These marine soft soils,mainly composed of silty clay,have high water cut,high compression,weak penetration,low load bearing and other engineering characteristics.It is difficult to meet the construction requirements in the process,which is not conducive to the development of the local economy.Therefore,in order to make these foundations meet the actual needs,it needs to be reinforced.In today's world,cement is a widely used soft soil curing agent.However,the production of cement itself is a heavy polluting industry and the curing effect of cement on different soft soils is quite different.The economics of using cement to solidify soft soil is not high.To this end,in view of the characteristics of soft soil in Wuhu area,this paper attempts to use granulated blast furnace slag to reinforce soft soil in Wuhu area.This will not only reduce the pollution caused by cement production,but also reduce the environmental problems caused by industrial waste dumping,in line with the national ecological and environmentally sustainable development strategy.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Select slag micropowder?GGBS?as the main curing agent,calcium oxide?CaO?and sodium carbonate?Na2CO3?as the activator to cure the soft soil of Wuhu,and the unconfined compressive strength of the solidified soil at 7d and 28d as the target response The value of the mixing ratio of slag micropowder?GGBS?,calcium oxide?CaO?and sodium carbonate?Na2CO3?was used as the influencing factor.Three factors were established by fitting analysis,analysis of variance,interaction and mechanism analysis.A functional model between the impact factor and the target response value to determine the optimal ratio of the three external additives.The properties of unconfined compressive strength curve and stress-strain curve of GGBS solidified soil were compared with those of cement solidified soil to analyze the feasibility of using GGBS as main solidifying agent to replace cement solidified soft soil in Wuhu area.
