Copper flexible connection is an important connector of electric vehicle power battery,and is the main development direction of battery connection technology at this stage.However,the current production mode of copper flexible connection is still in the stage of manual semi-automatic production,and the product quality and production efficiency are difficult to guarantee.In order to solve the problems existing in the existing production technology,the programmable controller technology,manipulator technology,sensing technology,hydraulic and pneumatic transmission technology are integrated based on the production process of copper flexible connection,and the various working procedures of copper flexible connection production are integrated.The tube and tube baking processes are integrated into a set of automatic production lines to realize the automation of copper strip production,greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality of copper strip soft connection,which is of great significance to power battery technology,electric vehicle technology and even the future traffic mode.This paper takes the production line of a copper bar soft connection production enterprise as the engineering background.In order to realize the automatic production of copper flexible connection,the automatic production line of copper flexible connection is researched and developed.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Integral structure design of production line:By analyzing the processing technology and product requirements of copper soft connection and taking the time sequence and continuity of production process as the principle,the layout of automation production line is determined.The whole model of automation production line is established by SolidWorks software and the simulation is completed to prevent manipulator and processing equipment.Interference occurs.(2)Production line device design:Select conveyor belt as the conveyor device of automatic production line,transport copper soft connection to set position;use manipulator to grab copper soft connection,and design special automatic fixture for NC machine tools to complete the automatic clamping and transfer of workpiece.(3)Production line control system design:In order to realize the automation of the production line,according to the control requirements of the production process,the communication signals between the various equipment are analyzed,and the distribution of the signal addresses of PLC,manipulator and CNC machine tools is completed;the control circuit of the soft-connected automatic production line is designed according to the signal table..(4)After the theoretical design of the copper soft-connection automatic production line is completed,the entity production line is developed,and part of the production process is tested and processed in small batches.The processed parts meet the technical requirements of the product,the production process is stable,and the design requirements are met...
