The rear spoiler is installed on the rear cover box of the car as an additional device,which can reduce the air resistance and lift force at the rear of the body,and can effectively improve the high-speed driving stability and crosswind stability of the car.At present,a lot of work in the process of rear spoiler production is done manually,which seriously affects the production efficiency and production cost.In the current situation of rising labor costs,the realization of automatic production is an effective way to reduce production costs,so it is necessary to improve the degree of automation of rear spoiler production.In this paper,an SUV rear spoiler production line is taken as the research object,the structural characteristics of the rear spoiler of an SUV are analyzed,and according to the production process and production status of the rear spoiler,the design idea and process flow of the rear spoiler automatic production line are clarified,and the overall design scheme and overall layout of the rear spoiler automatic production line are drawn up.In view of the difficulty in automatic mounting of rear spoiler strip and film and the difficulty in meeting the requirements of working hours,through on the analysis of its adhesion technology and the characteristics of adhesive strip and film,the modular design idea was proposed for the junction design of adhesion station of automatic production line,and completes the structure design of the feeding device,workpiece clamp,bottom coating system and end-effector,and automatic adhesive tape and film mounting is realized.Based on the designed automatic post placement station,combined with the kinematics characteristics of the robot and the requirements of the post placement process,this paper proposed that the robot’s task order was planned with the goal of reducing the rotation Angle of the waist joint of the robot,and the robot’s task order was determined.By analyzing the trajectory planning of industrial robots and combining with the characteristics of robot mounting process,the trajectory planning method of robot mounting operation is determined.Aiming at the multi-solution problem of the inverse solution of robot joint Angle,the shortest stroke method is used to optimize the combination of the inverse solution.With the help of Motosim-EG,the offline teaching of the whole post installation work was completed,and the offline program was imported into the robot teaching device to complete the debugging of the post installation station.Finally,based on DELMIA simulation software,the dynamic simulation model of automatic production line is established.Using the dynamic interference detection function to carry on the structure design and the robot work movement to carry on the interference detection analysis,has carried on the improvement to the unreasonable structure design and the robot track plan,guaranteed that the design automatic production line is reasonable and feasible.By way of analyzing the Gantt chart,automatic production line of production beats,affecting the production rhythm of handling the task execution sequence of robot have been adjusted,the simulation results indicated that after adjusting production rhythm close to each process and task allocation for each station is proper,and in the actual production debugging,rear spoiler production takt time is about 73 seconds and simulation production time s close to 74.981 seconds.
