Machining is one of the important production forms and occupies an important position in manufacturing industry.In the large-scale manufacturing mode,machining equipment through the assembly line to meet the processing needs of parts,production line has become the trend of machining.However,the machine-added production line is suitable for the large-scale production of a single variety,but it is difficult to meet the requirements of mixed-flow production of multiple varieties.The technical difficulties include automatic clamping of multiple varieties of workpiece,automatic switching of processing technology,monitoring of working status of heterogeneous equipment,continuous control of workpiece on each equipment of the production line,etc.To meet the needs of small batch,multi-variety and personalized production,the research on automatic clamping and general control system technology of flexible machine production line is carried out.To solve the above problems,the following research work is carried out:(1)Research on automatic clamping system of flexible machine production line: the existing automatic clamping system is mostly suitable for single machine manufacturing process,which is difficult to meet the needs of mixed production of multiple varieties.It has the problems of different shapes and sizes of processing parts and low degree of automation.Solve the difference of parts by letter tooling to improve tooling flexibility;Automatic tightening machine is used to tighten and unload the alphabet fixture;The design of 3d gantry movement platform and end-effector was carried out,and the integration of automatic tightening machine and tooling was completed.Based on soft PLC,the design of control system is carried out,and the development and verification process of automatic clamping system is carried out.(2)Research on the networking control technology of heterogeneous devices: The fully automatic operation of the machine-production line involves the connection and coordination of many different devices,and there are differences in hardware interfaces and communication protocols between devices,so it is difficult to distribute and control.Aiming at the heterogeneous equipment of production line,the communication mechanism of equipment is studied.Based on the combination of shielding and assimilation,a network control scheme for heterogeneous devices is proposed.The communication protocol is analyzed and the communication function is encapsulated by object.The multi-thread fusion control architecture is designed to realize the integrated control of devices,which solves the problems of coordination and data exchange among multiple devices.The flexible networking of production line equipment is realized by integrating heartbeat detection and disconnection reconnection algorithm.(3)Flexible machine and production line general control system design: according to the overall technical requirements of production line,the general control system function architecture design,completed the database form design,and adopt MVC programming architecture,developed the process based instruction module,data flow scheduling control module,equipment information monitoring module,real-time collect multiple equipment running status information,realize the overall control of production line working process,improve the transparency of the production process.Through the test and verification,the machine production line system has the characteristics of high flexibility and configuration,realizing the unmanned clamping process,and can be quickly integrated with the loading and unloading robot,AGV and so on.
