In recent years,with the rapid development and constantly updated of technological,high-power load of advanced vehicles and the emergence and increase of a large number of electrical equipment,there will be insufficient power supply,crowded cockpit and many other problems if we still use the conventional power supply and distribution methods,that will increase the risk of special vehicles in the implementation of the task.Therefore,It is very important and significance to improve and design the power supply and distribution system of the special vehicle,making the special vehicle power supply and distribution system has higher automation,stability and reliability.This paper firstly design the topology structure of the HVDC power supply system of the special vehicle based on the analysis of the structure of the power supply system and the power supply system of the special vehicle and the characteristics of the HVDC power supply system.Based on this,analyze in detail the various Work status and power supply requirements of power supply system of the special vehicle,design the special vehicle high voltage DC power supply system structure according to these requirements,and elaborate its working logic in detail.Secondly,because the energy storage system is a key part of the vehicle power supply system to achieve uninterrupted power supply,this paper establishes DC-DC converter and battery simulation model for the energy storage system,introduces the design of DC-DC converter and the establish of battery simulation model in detail and the gives simulation results.Then,in order to meet the reliability requirements of the power supply system of the special vehicle power supply system,this paper makes reliability analysis based on the fault tree analysis method by contrasting the reliability analysis principle and method,constructs and analyzes the fault tree.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the structure meets the reliability requirement of power supply system.Finally,design a verification platform of HVDC distribution system for special vehicles,give the structure diagram of the special vehicle power distribution system and introduce in detail the working principle of the automatic power distribution system.Finish the selection of hardware and design of software including the power supply system manager,the electric system processor(PSP)and the electrical load management center(ELMC).The design ideas and functional modules of each software are expounded.Finally,make the debugging and verification of the power distribution verification platform and the result show that the verification platform achieved the functions and requirements of the special vehicle power distribution system.
