Design Of Performance Test System For Typical Hydraulic Valves

As the hydraulic equipment is easy to achieve rapid start,automatic control,complex movements,step less speed regulation and easy access to greater force and torque,which is widely used in national production in various fields.As the control system of the hydraulic system,whether the hydraulic equipment can run reliably and safely depend on the quality of the quality of the hydraulic valve to a great extent.Therefore,the hydraulic valve performance test has an important guiding significance.This work is part of a pre-research project.The main task is to combine the existing hydraulic test system to complement the design of a set of hydraulic valve performance test system to test the performance of a variety of hydraulic valves,including double relief valve,pressure reducing valve,speed control valve and double hydraulic check valve.These hydraulic valves cover the most common types of pressure,flow and directional valves.The test items covered in this paper include the pressure-flow characteristic of the double relief valve and the relief valve,the flow-pressure differential characteristic of the flow control valve and the differential pressure-:flow characteristic of double hydraulic check valve,the control pressure and leakage.These tests can detect the static performance of the tested valve.Modern testing techniques are becoming more and more widely used.Through a typical hydraulic valve performance test system design,this paper will elaborate on the design of a number of technical issues.These problems include:integrated hydraulic experimental system design,PLC hardware design and electrical schematic design of measurement and control system,PLC programming,measurement and control system communication design based on WinCC,database and experimental report design and program debugging experiment.In this paper,hydraulic valve performance test system was designed to solve the problem that a hydraulic system can only test a valve;At the same time,it make the experimental operation more simple and interactive system more humane by the design of combining with the hardware and software.After the software and hardware design of the hydraulic valve performance test system are finished,the feasibility of the design result is proved by the experiment.
