This subject is a part of a laboratory research work.The work of paper is to design a set of performance testing system for low power hydraulic pumps,valves and cylinders,combining existing experimental system.The experimental contents include experiment of displacement,efficiency and variable characteristics for A10V071 pump,experiment of pressure-flow and pressure-flow characteristics for Z2FS6 one-way restrictor valve,experiment of pressure-flow characteristics and internal leakage for 4WE6G50B magnetic directional valve,experiment of pressure-flow characteristics,internal leakage and controling pressure for 4WEH10G electro hydraulic directional valve,experiment of starting pressure and internal leakage HSGL cylinders.Experiment process is completed on the basis of existing experimental system and testing system supplementary designed.In the test,manual and automatic are combined.It follows that the combination of two systems is of great importance.The research content of this paper is design of new hydraulic system and test system,basing on the analysis of the existing experimental system.The design of the test system mainly includes design of new hydraulic system,software and hardware design of PLC system and the WinCC interface design.Firstly,the paper briefly discuss the development of hydraulic measurement and control technology,and analyse composition,working principle and operation mode of the existing experimental system in detail.Based on this,the hydraulic pump,valve and cylinder are designed;Secondly,the process of PLC hardware design is introduced in detail,including points statistics,module selection,address allocation,electrical principle diagram design;Finally,the paper design PLC program,human-computer interaction interface,database and experiment report,the feasibility of software design of test system is verified by simulation and experiment.
